Foreign National Mortgages


  • If your profession is one which involves a working rolling contract
  • If you are married to a European Union citizen and are in permanent employment for a specified length of time.
  • If your spouse or partner is a stamp 1 or 4 visa holder or has been granted one and you are jointly applying for a mortgage together.
  • If you have transferred to Ireland with your company and have been employed for a short period of time.

Once you are living in Ireland for 3 years and have been permanently employed for at least 12 months.
